I had a paytm fastag in 2020 and closed it 2021 in September . Issue is my fastag closed on 2021 . And balance deducted from paytm wallet 13 April 2023. And journey date showing September 2022. I contact paytm care but no solution yet. They saying that the toll plaza not giving the details so I can’t refund the money. The problem is my fastag is closed when i crossed the toll plaza and balance deducted after 2 years. They have a fraud with me .and no response for that resion.
