I have fast tag which is assigned with paytm wallet. few days ago, I got the message with statement – your fast tag balance is low, please recharge. So that, I have checked the balance history and found that last payment done on 28th august (10:08AM) at Gabhana toll plaza for rupee 175 but that time my car was not there. This matter got to know few days ago. So i have tried to file complain from app but there was only AI chat not manually. Also mentioned, only you can register any related complain with in 3 days of payment. So, how could I registered even, I didn’t get any message for payment deduction on 28 August. Also, please provide the proof of my car was at Gabhana toll plaza on that day.
Please let me know in case of any other information is required.
