My name is H A Narayana, I had ordered FasTag using PAYTM and order reference # 9796065395 dated 30th Nov 2019. Paytm app shows it is delivered, I have not received as yet, they provided me with delivery person, he never bother to answer the calls. I dont know how to contact, there is one common reply always comes when we call to follow up is all the lines are busy, I dont know how to this solved.
