Hello,
I already have an existing Fast tag account which I received with my 4 wheeler. I wanted to recharge my fast tag for 500 and visited my paytm account. Instead of recharging the account, it sent my a new fast tag kit (Still unopened) and charged 500 for it. This tool place in the month of September.
Since then, I have been trying to reach PayTM customer service – Fraud team, who then ask me to call the 1800-102-6480, where no one ever answers the call and all I hear is “Please hold the line, while we transfer your call to our Customer Service Representative”).
Once in a while, some one receives the call and places my call on Hold and never returns. After waiting for a long hold time, I disconnect the call with frustration.
I have been dealing with this nonsense for over a month and just want to return the unopened packet and get my refund.
I have raised complaints using chat option “My Orders” still no help.
This is highly unacceptable and need someone to fix this at the earliest possible, before I take the next step.
