Issue-1
i have applied for fastag and paytm send 2 nos of fast tag for same no of vehicle due to payment made 2 times due to conjunction on paytem site; but paytm send 2 nos of fastag for 1 vechicle. after that i have stick on of them on my wind shield and another was kept at home without seal opening.
Issue-2
During travel on highway i h’ve face blacklisted vehicle error on multiple toll plaza during travel from Maharashtra to Gujrat and Gujrat- Maharashtra during through out journey my fastag didn’t work and i have to wait around 6+ hrs in with my family and kid of 6 months old due fast tag issue. I have made multiple complaints but issue is not solved till dated. After frustration due to loose feedback system of paytm, i’v maid my decision to closed my both fast tag permanently ( Paytm complaint ID-170818162 date:09/09/2020) During complain custmer care executive said with in 2 days your both cards will be blocked and security deposited amount will be refunded in your account within 10 days. Still on 25th of Nov2020 no feedback received from paytm regarding card block and amount refund request. When i make call on 25th Nov 2020 same response from paytm. They don’t have any solution , answer and regrets regarding the same.
Sir, Request to highlight this issue and penalized them as possible for these kind of service and fraud act.
