I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience with the website “fashionlive003.shopify.com,”. I placed an order for clothing material and made a payment of rs 478. However, I have not received any updates or communication regarding my order, and the website has now disappeared, indicating a fraudulent activity.
The website “fashionlive003.shopify.com” seemed legitimate at the time of my purchase, and I believed it to be a trustworthy platform to shop for clothing items. I provided my personal and payment information in good faith, expecting to receive the ordered merchandise within a reasonable timeframe. However, since making the payment, I have not received any confirmation, tracking details, or communication from the website or its operators.
I have attempted to contact the website’s customer support through the provided email address and phone number, but my efforts have been in vain. Moreover, upon visiting the website again, I discovered that it is no longer accessible, further confirming my suspicion that I have been scammed.
