I ordered a designer dress from faminafab on 1 june, 2021, and I received the order on 7th June that was completely different from what was shown on website, it was old and torn, inspitr being paid and complete its still shown pending on website, and no option for return is shown.

On June 19, 2021 from “https://faminafab.com/” I ordered a combo dress of Rs 699/- but I received the old used dress and now, I am contacting the number which is showing on the website Contact: 8721038215 this number it says is out of service and also the email Id which is mentioned in the website Email: info@faminafab.com for this I sent the emails but no response from them. Don’t know what to do now. I ordered this Cash on delivery so I paid the money through my Google pay and took the delivery. Please help me in getting my money back from them. The address which is mentioned on the site is ”
