I have been using Vodafone number for last 8-9 years. I wanted to switch to family plan as suggested by Vodafone care center for better saving.
Regarding same I spoke to one of assistant at centre name mrs.SONAM, after repeated reminders about primary number and secondary number she didn’t pay attention about same. And same time she she made confusion about secondary and primary number and told us work is completed though later after 1 week facing issue it was said that number has not been changed to family plan.
The issue still continues. Have been visiting sector 12 care center for 6-7 times and assistance mrs. Sonam not releasing importance of customers time has made me stuck with this problem till date.
Kindly advise regarding same.
