I ordered boat 161 pro (green) from their official website on 25 july 2023 then i used them for 2 weeks then i noticed that my right earbud has low bass and sound compare to left earbud so i claimed my warranty my ticket number was 36989006 and send them my earbuds in perfect condition but they rejected my warranty claim and the reason was damaged product but i was shocked after know that because i handoverd my earbuds in the perfect condition without any physical damage to the courier boy they did fraud with me so my experience was so poor with boat and i didn’t expect this kind of scam by big popular brand i request you to please don’t do this type of cheap fraud scam with any of your customer because we made you a big electronic brand and we consumers also can make you the worst brand of India. I hope you will understand the value of your customers and their hard earned money.
