• On 22.11.18, I recharged my Rs.199 pack which consists of 1.4 GB/day, unlimited calls and messages per day valid for 28 days. • I got a warning that my unlimited pack is expiring on 20.12.18. • So I recharged again with the same pack. • The warning I got was false and so the previous pack benefits were finished before the actual date and they will not be carried over to this one. • I want action to be taken against such a cheap practice to rob people of their money and not give the benefits properly. • I want compensation for this.
