Hi
My self Kishor Chavan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. I had received 10000/- incentive points from that I took amazon 5 vouchers value of Rs. 2000/-.
I have contacted to amazon customer service on chat to know the validity of gift card. While chatting they asked to share voicher id (SYPQ-2EY4K7-F2QU). Then got call from amazon call center that voucher vailidity is 1 year.
After that I tried to add balance in my amazon gift card a/c but got message its already redeemed. The no i have shared with amazon representative is no longer in use. Rest 4 vouchers balance I have added in other account.
Want to file a complaint for issuing wrong boucher which was already redeemed.
Arrange to refund of Rs. 2000/-
