Dear Ma’am/Sir,
This is to bring it to your attention that the order ID OD328310401481566100 (Google Pixel 7A with exchange) was supposed to be delivered on June 9, 2023, but till date no proper update has been received on the same.
Please refer to the following timelines so that you can relate to the issue:
8th June, 2023 : Order Placed
9th June, 2023: Order has been received at the nearest hub but not delivered. I had already done the “factory reset” of my old phone and kept waiting.
10th–11th June, 2023: Not delivered yet, and I have raised a ticket.
12th June: The item is shown to be cancelled by the seller, and at my terminal, I can see written “refun cancelled,” which means that now I am unable to “cancel the order” and also not sure about the refund status.
In the meantime, the phone case was delivered.
It kept me in a situation where I donot have any proper details about the status of my order and was also not sure whether it was going to get delivered or not or if it had been cancelled. This has been bothering me since June 9th.
Please take this email seriously and look into the issue. As the order is prepaid, and this boils down to a very bad image of Flipkart to me. I am not sure whether Flipkart values the minimum dignity of the customer.
This is one of the worst experience while shopping on Flipkart.
