Under order no 402-0691979-7360316 Dt 28.01.2022, I ordered two tables. Order terms were returnable within 10 days. On 4th Feb 2023 they delivered one small box at my society security gate containing a small wooden coin saving bank [ picture attached ] instead of two tables. To my surprise on checking my ordered it was found that instead of two tables this product was supplied. I placed a feedback on Amazon but there was no response till 8th Feb.2023 so I lodged my complain on Amazon chat. A lady on chat responded that it is a non returnable product to my surprise. later on my strong approach they flipped my chat to several customer care personals & booked the complain with note that till11.02.23 they will solve the issue. On no reply rill 15.02.2023 again contact through call & they said we called you but you didn’t respond the call which was a false reply. Again booked complain but till date there is no reply as well as refund of Rs.3508.00 already paid in advance.
