on 20/06/2018 i received a call from Vodafone executive named Rane contact number(7045912443) saying that if u will make minimum amount of Rs.1100/- today then they will reverse the balance amount.
so i made the payment online and sent her the receipt which she asked me to send on her whatsapp number (7021142434). I sent her d same and she said u will get the reversal in 48 hours.
I again called her after 2-3 days and said my same number is blocked she said download the my Vodafone app and after 48 hours ur outgoing will b active. But the same not happen so again i text her on whtsapp that its not started so she suggest me to call on 198 i.e. customer care number cause she forwarded the request for reversal and ask me to check the status with them. i called on customer care and they told that there is no such request forwarded for reversal hence they suggest me to remove your sim and insert. then restart your device. I did this so many times but still the number was blocked for outgoing.
Again I dialed Rane number and it was answered by Sujata. she said that the number is active u uninstall Your app and reinstall and send me the OTP which will come for verification i sent her the same on the whtapp number which i mentioned above. she said i will check on my hand.
she said it will be active in evening. on 20/06/2018 i sent her OTP and ask about the status they on the same date blocked me from whtsapp and from calls… and d complaint which i registered with the Vodafone customer care 452361520(complaint no.).
Executive said u will get the call in 24 hours but for d same complaint i got the call on 22/06/2018 & 23/06/2018. Rinky called me from 02271636800 and said you will get the reversal within 48 hours.
today on 26/06/2018 i again spoke with Vodafone customer care they said your bill id due with the doubled amount and can not be reverse.I want my full Amount to be reversed.
