This complaint is in regards to false service offer by flipkart’s ignite team which provides support services to new sellers in order to support & adopt the flipkart’s policy also how to increase the sales. on 12th October sales agent dhruv from flipkart tam called me offered the services which includes,
5 Growth sessions (30 minutes)
Free Ad credit of worth INR 1000 in advertisement wallet along with 5000 INR PLA credit which is being provided basis Dashahara festival ( the complete amount of 6000 INR will be credited within 24 hours after the the payment made )

I made the payment for 2 flipkart accounts ( ShravyaFashionStaore & Splosive ) for invoice I was told that same will be shared after 15 days on my email address.
Below are the points & artifacts where I am seeking help,

I never received any call after the deal was made 12th October till 24th October from ignite team.
On purpose an invalid inbound support number was provided.
I received only received PLA credit of worth 1000INR however the amount committed of 5000 INR on Dashahara EVE has not been credited till now for which I have raised a ticket on 23rd October. Yes, I did receive more than 50 calls from different people from ignite who forced me to opt more services on behalf of 5000 Rupees also they mentally harassed me by calling again & again on 09th November’24 even after knowing the situation ( someone from my family ) was hospitalised. But no one never mentioned anything about the conversation we were having over phone calls. Yesterday ignite team closed the ticket without my permission neither they informed me.
I initially asked on 12th october agent dhruv why I am not getting the option to record the Google Meet call to which he answered ( don’t worry the recording is safe with flipkart & you will have complete access to it once we are done closing this deal )
Flipkart must take complete ownership here & take strict action against this fraud as they are showing ignite’s name under their growth plan section & new sellers like me are trusting them without having second thought in mind.
