Last month I shifted to new house I am searching for broadband connection with some good offer one of the airtel sales person connect me and he explain the offers, I just told him like I am looking for 499 plan only he send message like special offer if you book today Amazon prime and hotstar vip for 1 year, so I book my connection on that day itself. After that he is not responding properly, when I am asking customer regarding this they told those kind of offers we won’t provide. I attached the screenshot of the person conversation.
