Hi Sir/Mam,
This is regarding a order placed on amazon on 5th December 2021.
Order# – 171-1503395-0635548
I was supposed to get this order by maximum 13th december.
But it was delayed and i contacted customer support team more then 20 times.
Every time they said that it will be deliver by end of the day.
They keep saying this thing for 4-5 days.
Now they are saying you can cancel your order which i paid using amazon pay.
And they expire amazon pay account as well and we can’t use that on shopping/redeem.
Being an e-commerce giant they are taking over advantages from customers.
Neither grievance is handled properly.
Want this matter to be reached to proper authority in amazon.
