I have purchased OnePlus 11 mobile on Amazon with one day delivery option on an exchange mode. The new phone got Damaged in transit which Amazon reported after 2 days. The only resolution Amazon could give is refund. When tried to place order fresh booking was not going through as old IMEI is blocked by Amazon system. Amazon restricts purchase for next 48 hours due to this technical glitch. I paid for the product. Why should my interests get hampered due to Amazon and delivery partner issues.
