Recently i purchased a course of ca intermediate from unacademy and i want to study from certain teachers on their platform but after buying their course the platform terminated those teachers and now when i requested for refund no one is replying and due to which my precious time for preparation of exam is getting wasted because of all the fake promises made by the company. Now all i need is refund of my subscription money as soon as possible. I made request of refund on 26/08/2023 still i didn’t recieve any reply from their end and they are not even picking up the calls.
