I was a regular customer of airtel. A lady from Vodafone called me and asked me to port to vi and provide extra benefit informed me that I can get 3 number with freebcalling and 40gb free data on each number. After I moved from airtel. Now I am charged with a 799. I raised a complain the customer care team says they don’t have authority to make changes to plan and the person who gave me this offer is not responding to my calls. And in the last week another person called and again promised for a free connection on the existing offer. I have totally ported 4 numbers and now no one is responding.
