Dear Concern,
I am Parsanjeet and I port my number 9873621123 from airtel to Vodafone in Sept month. I opt Vodafone as I received a call on 5th Sept 2018 via 9873622662. I am attaching that voice call. In attached recorded voice call your customer care executive giving me a offer to waive off the equal amount of tex from my total bill and total bill amount will not exceed 399 rs in absence of extra usage. And for the future assistance a contact number ( Mr. GIRISH) 9953783089 is given to me and this number is active on whatsApp.
I received the last bill of 470.18 rs and I did the whatsApp conversation with Mr. Girish for the waiver. He assured me to waive of the amount from. I was in regular touch with Girish. He also did voice call on 23rd and said to me to do paytm the 371 rs and he will clear to total amount on behalf of me. I transfered the 371 in his paytm account 9953783089.
Girish didn’t pay my bill and not returning my transfered amount. I have his recorded voice call and whatsapp conversation.
This is a case of false promised made by your executives. I am very much disappointing.
I am requesting you please take stick action against both of them and force him to return my amount.
