Dear Team,

This is with reference to above mentioned .
From date this has been upgraded to Fibre our internet has been not working till date. We had also applied for one more new connection which was supposed to be fixed with 3-5 working days as committed by your sales person for which we have no update from last 10 days ans still following up.
Now, for a surprise we received a call from team this morning (Krish Gupta 8448194522) that they cannot repair the line and services cannot be resumed either for existing or new connection as they are not well prepared with the infrastructure for fibre connect and that too after cheque(Rs.5800) for new connection have been cleared. Also, when I told that I will escalate this matter so your person says do whatever you want to do we cannot do anything in this . This is the behaviour your staff is having towards customer.
Is this the way airtel dealing with the clients and misleading them with false commitments? If you people were not fully prepared with Fibrenet you should not have approached us for upgrading or new connection.
Your misleading is leading us to huge loss to out business as we not able to give access to our customer due to non internet connectivity, who will be responsible for this loss.
Request you to please get us with solution today itself as we are incurring huge loss in business already previously because of Covid and now airtel.
