Club Mahindra is a fraud Company. Do not trust them and join there membership. I am writing this complaint since I am one of the victim who is suffering after making the initial payments.
They will talk to u very politely and kindly only until u pay ur initial payment and start their subscription.. after that all the commitments they gave or the promises they gave will fly in the air.
And the other thing is very irresponsible customer care. When ever u call them for any issue, the only reply u get is, u will get a call within 2 hours from concern team. Bt I don’t know whts the limitation for 2 hours in there words. We never get any call back regarding this issue..
I am regretting a lot after taking this membership from club Mahindra.
I would like to advise others on this not to try on this for ever with club Mahindra..
