Hello
On 25th of July I have paid 485 in total towards hathway broadband 300rs was charged for shifting to a new location and additional 185rs was paid so that they can activate the plan. After the payment was made they confirmed that my new location was not feasible the router was collected over a month ago I have made multiple calls to customer care spoke to managers who promised me a refund how ever there is no resolution yet customer service people have made me go through hell in regards to this disconnecting my calls every time I am trying to get a solution to this. The internet service was never used neither the connection was shifted to my new location made the payment as promised by the sales rep Sachin that the connection will be shifted.
I would really appreciate if this can be looked into.
