Tata Sky customer care informed me in May 2019 that if I use Tatasky DTH services I will have to choose 1 primary plan on Primary (main) connection and all other secondary connections would cost me fix charge of Rs 250 each on every secondary connection and the plan (Channels) of Primary connection will be viewable on all secondary connections. I purchased 2 new secondary connections along with 1 Primary connection. Total 3 Connections I have.
However, after 1 month now I am being informed that all Primary and Secondary connections would be charged separately as Primary Connection. I.e if I choose Rs 375 plan then all secondary connections would be of Rs375 each instead of fix charge of Rs 250 each.
They states it as per TRAI rules and regulations. I ask them where is the copy of Trai’s rule that states this.
This is simply a cheating by Tata Sky as they know that now I have invested Rs 3200 on their HD boxs. So, if I’ll move to another service provider I will have to invest again on Dish and HD boxs of that provider.
If Tata sky can not provide me with such plan that they promised me initially, then I would ask Tatasky to please take back your HD boxs and Return my money that I paid you for those Boxs. I would not like to use Tatasky services anymore.
