Hi Sir/Madom,
I bought the Amazon firetv stick on 2018 now that amazon firetv stick is working fine but not supporting to any apps due to old version, immediately i called to customer care and explained the issue and they said that we are sorry for that device will not support and for the we will be providing 15% cash back once the product is received.
Call the customer care and ask for the 15% refund and they will process and they have sent a email confirmation.
Now i called to the customer team and they said there is no such policy and it was false promise and cany provide refund.
