False ISD charges have been charged to me by Vodafone Idea Limited. I received messages that my Credit limit is over when I got to know that there have been charges on some unknown account. The unknown charges were to the amount of Rs. 6200/- (approx) which later increased to Rs. 9400/- (Approx). On raising a complaint to the Appellate authority, I have received a reply that they can waive 50% charges. Whereas, I have not utilized any services, then why should I pay for it. Vodafone has disabled my cellular services. I have had to speak with their customer care executives multiple times to get at-least calling facility restarted so as to not be in a vulnerable situation of not having any active phone number to connect with anyone. But the frivolous attitude that Vodafone Idea Limited and the appellate authority has shown is very disheartening. I have been a loyal customer but need this is type of response is not right.
