I moved to Singapore in March and despite my barring my mobile data Airtel every month charges me exorbitant mobile data international charges. Logged multiple complaints including Reference No. 31-3229527315193 on 24/07/2020 10:54:53 and another complaint i raised Ref No Reference No. 31-3280818979333 4th August. However I’m now forced to pay the full bills else they are threatening to disconnect my Voice/SMS as well.
