I had booked a Study table from Meesho platform and it had to be delivered by Xpressbees courier, AWB No of the delivery is 134098657881720, it had to be delivered on 18.08.2023 but failed because wrong information punched by the delivery staff that the customer is not available, same thing had happened when delivery was re-attampt on 20.08.2023… All of the including me was available 24×7 all days at residential address and also I haven’t received the phone call or messages for the delivery
And the product return
Sad thing was that I had to give a gift to my daughter and it failed due to wrong and false information gave and punched the Xpressbees delivery person to their firm
