Text of Complaint by Shivam Kumar Meena:

I was informed through “My airtel ” app that i need to recharge immediately and my 149 unlimited pack validity has expired … so i recharged immediately with rupees 149 unlimited pack ..

later on contacting airtel i came to know that the validity of my previous pack is not over .. by the mistake of airtel .. i was forced to do two recharges ..

but now i am not getting benefits of both the recharges .. neither my validity has been extended.

I have the audio recording.. airtel high level is accepting their mistake and saying that they can not solve my problem. In attached image ..

airtel app is still showing the wrong validity of my current pack .. similarly it showed wrong information earlier.. it is proof that error in airtel app led to fraud.. airtel cheated me .
