Text of Complaint by Sonu Kumar Prajapati:

I had ordered 29 nos grocery products from Flipkart on 14th of Nov’22.
The delivery promise date was 16th Nov. But they don’t delivered on the day and said that product will definately delivered on 19th of Nov. But they not delivered.
Somehow delivery happened on 20th of Nov after many complaints but wait what I got that only 13 nos of products out of 29 nos.
And they said that remaining product will delivered on 22 Nov. But what happened on 21st Nov. Products was auto cancelled by Flipkart and after asking them what is the reason they said that some uncertain reason product was cancelled.
So what type of service is this first they receive order and make false promises and delayed 2 times and finally cancell the product.
What’s about my money they kept with Flipkart about 12 days?
What’s about my grocery needs?
