Hi Team,
I am very disappointed with the service provided by fossil store. I have brought 5 watches from fossil already for me and my family members. I have a hybrid watch from fossil store Inorbit mall Hyderabad during the purchase they told me since this is hybrid the battery will be replaced for free of cost at any fossil store across India for life long and until previous lock down I have already got it changed but when asked for the battery change yesterday the store manager told it’s not free of cost and will be charged appropriately Rs 560/- every time I change the battery. I am very sure about the promotion of free battery replacement because I was promised the same in Indra Nagar store Bangalore when I have taken a watch for my sister but last time they charged her for the battery replacement about close to Rs 600/- which I came to know yesterday. This kind of falls promotions and sales will definitely impact your brand image and loose your customers and even negative mouth publicity as well.
Look in to this issue carefully and show a way out for me as I have already spent are Rs 13000/- and every 6-7 months I need to invest 600/- on the battery this is not good if I know this early I should not have brought this in the first place ?.
