This is in accordance with the fraud company Airtel promised me that there will not be any issues after January 2020, post that again there was the same issue. Again they promised me in the month of march the issue will be resolved but nothing happened, again the complaint was raised in the month of march and it was told the issue will be resolved ASAP from April month i will not be facing any issues going forward. Nothing happened till now and their promise never worked anytime, the agents are more frauds than the company.
Just providing fake information and false promises to the customers the company is just making business and playing with me.
Requesting you to take this forward and to take necessary action on these fraud, all the necessary information are with them as i have deleted all the information and the last chance given to them is also over by now.
I hope there will be a true investigation on this issue and there will be a crystal clear information which is going to be provided and discussed with me.
