Text of Complaint by Vishwanath hegade:

Below are the grievance

1. I was falsely commited for wrong plan by airtel sales executive Mr Ranjith +91 89512 45993.
He told me that I ll get the speed 40 Mbps for 499 plan but for my area it is 24 Mbps which they could have checked earlier but they didn’t do. Even airtel sales executive is not aware of the speed I wonder how they are trained for the same who doesn’t even know the basics of broadband.

2. I reported this issue in day 1 to sales executive he told within 4 hrs i shall get the committed speed but I didn’t get and when I started calling him he stopped responding. The same executive who called me N number of times for taking the connection doesn’t respond now. Airtel service executive puts the blame on sales and as the customer I’m suffering here.

3. I called thrice to Airtel customer care , twice they told they have raised the disconnection request and disconnected the call ( you can check the call recording for the same) but unfortunately nothing was raised I was again given wrong communication. Third time the complaint was raised and told that I ll charged on pro rata basis which I’m completely against it since I started raising the concern since day 1 but none of the Airtel team responded cos of your negligence.
