My shipment was delayed in picking up by 48hours when the time assured was yesterday. The delivery boy didnt attempt the pick up by claiming that the parcel was not ready- which isnt true. I have been calling the customer care executive since yesterday and they have been rude or completely unhelpful and have been pushing my request by 24 hours. They are denying to put me in touch with the delivery person but also not really taking any immediate action and arent willing to refund my money back. This is really inconvenient.
