I requested for upgradation of my almost eight year old broadband connection to Xtream fiber. Next day a person mr. Lalit kishor Sahu from airtel came and insisted me to take new Xtream connection instead of upgradation. He told that upgradation will take one month time and you have to pay extra 1000 rs. for router. Then believing on his words I applied for connection then he suggested me to apply in name of wife to show it new connection. After two days I got a call to upgrade the old broadband connection then they told me that it is free and no extra charge will be taken. Mr Lalit Sahu lied and cheated me and I believed because he was a person from airtel. I request action against such cheaters who are maligning the name of airtel by giving false information.
Second request is that please upgrade my old connection as Xtream fiber and adjust my three month paid rent of new connection rs. 2880 as rent of proposed old broadband upgraded connection. It will be facilitate me not to change my fixed line number.
