Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I’M FACING WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ON FLIPKART. MY PREVIOUS 4 ORDERS HAD BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION. EVERY TIME REGISTERING COMPLAINT ON THE SAME I GET TO LISTEN APOLOGIES AND SURETY OF NO DEFAULT IN FUTURE. AGAIN LAST MONTH AFTER WAITING FOR A MONTH FOR DELIVERY, MY 5 ORDERS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT INFORMATION. WHEN I REQUESTED A CALL BACK AGENT ASKED ME TO REORDER SAME PRODUCT AND I’LL RECEIVE THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT IN MY GIFT CARD SECTION. I ORDERED AND WAITED. TODAY’S 10TH DAY OF THAT CONVERSATION AND I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANYTHING.
TODAY AGAIN I REQUESTED CALL BACK TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME, THEY’D TOLD ME TO UPLOAD THAT RECORDING OF CONVERSATION.
I’M ATTACHING THAT RECORDING WITH AN INTENTION TO SEEK ANY HELP AND ACTION FOR THE FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN TO ME.
THAT PRODUCT WAS VERY MUCH IMPORTANT TO ME BUT, EVERY TIME I’D BEEN TARGETED BY THESE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT OF FLIPKART. EVERYTIME WRONG AND DELAYED INFORMATION HAD BEEN PROVIDED.
