I have ordered an Mobile phone from snapdeal, Refurbished Apple iphone 5s 16 gb grey ram-1gb 6 month seller warranty, order no 24106794302, 14-OCT-2018.
The phone has been crashed since 2 month, I have contacted to apple customer service for repairing but they said this is not a registered apple phone(False IMEI No. setup in phone)( The IMEI no. in Phone & that is printed on bill were different, both false as checked by apple customercare) . So, they refused to repair it and said it is a case of forgery of mobile phone.
I have tried to seller for warranty but the No. mentioned in snapdeal site and given by snapdeal customer care by email- is switch off(Contact number-8448733176). As there was no option for return of article after 3 months and unable to get warranty, contacted both seller and snapdeal but no proper response was received from both.
Kindly, resolve the issue and replacement/repair of the phone as early as possible by the seller.
It is a nuisance behaviour of snapdeal for delivering forgery items online.
