I have made a hotel booking for three days (24.12.20 – 27.12.20) at Digha in Hotel Surya Deep via yatra,com (booking reference number 0912200108488). But the hotel manager refused the booking and said they don’t have any booking in Yatra or any online site so I was bound to pay again in cash for the same duration. I have attached the booking receipt done through yatra.com and the hotel bill cash receipt for your reference
I have already mailed several times to yatra.com for refund of Rs 5141 which was paid for the booking, But they replied they will resolve it within 24-48 hours. It is already 10 days from the first day of complaint.
