Respected sir,

I have contacted Dhani customer care but no one wants to understand my issue and solve it. They are just harassing me by calls and legal notices. Please go through the mail that I have sent to Dhani customer care support and all the attached documents to understand my issue. You are the last hope, sir. ( Mail reproduce below)

There are many issues regarding repayment. I have tried to repay of dues amount since January 2022 but yet the problem has not been rectified. I have tried to repay dues when it was Rs. 3000+ (approx) in January but due to technical issues at your end, unable to pay by using my two UPI accounts. You can verify it by checking failed transactions at your end. Later on due to subscription fees and EMIs every month it increased to Rs. 7000+(approx).

They also applied false fines on my already paid EMIs. Related to this issue I already raised my concern but did not get any solution from your end. Reference Ticket Number-27155540

Now they are saying to pay all dues at one time including subscription fees and late fines. But I just want to know that as it was a technical problem, the App was not working, how I am responsible for the late fine. Also, I am not using one freedom card after the 3rd of February. why should I have to pay the subscription fees for February, March, and April?

Regarding this issue, I have contacted many customers care and told them all problems that I am facing from February 2022. I also have a few call recordings.

The current scenario is that they are mentally harassing me by calling from different numbers and when I am sharing this whole issue they scolded me, their behavior was so rude and unprofessional. They are sending messages for legal action against me to be taken. Reference Mob. No. 7654826206

At this present time, I want help with the following concerns-

1) Waive off the late fine and subscription fees of February, March, and April as the technical problem was from your end.
2) Provide at least 20-22 days to pay all remaining dues as it increased to this amount due to a technical fault in App from your end and did not rectify even after contacting customer care, Install and uninstall of App, Mailing.
3) Currently I am living in Kolkata so please transfer my case to the Kolkata region so that if needed I can visit your branch in the Kolkata region.
4) Stop all legal action (if initiated), legal notices, legal action messages, etc because I am not a defaulter as I have all proof of my efforts of trying to repay dues. (Screenshots attached)
