Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a 6 Months package of 50Mbps, from day 3 of Hathway broadband installation I am experiencing issues with Internet speed. I have raised multiple complaints in this regards and none from the customer care are working on the issue. They are just opening the tickets and closing in 2 days without any kind of proper resolution and there is no rectification done to resolve the issue.
Since customer care (Phone support), were not responding to the issue, I have written multiple emails to “ap.appellate .” stating the issue in brief, still they are not serious on the issue raised by a consumer.
It is very difficult to work from home without a proper internet connectivity. For a 50Mbps, I receive below 2Mbps of internet speed. It’s been months now and there is no action taken. By the time they address the issue the plan will be expired.
I would like to keep a point here, when it comes to the payments they keep follow up regularly, if such kind of follow-ups were shown with tickets and issues would be better for their customer experience.
Request to please help me in this regards to resolve my issue.
