- I ordered a power bank on 4th May. On 22nd delivery boy called me and told that I shall receive my order next day. Next day I called customer care and they told me that I shall receive on or within 27.after opening amazon site what I see that they have written that my address was wrong which is totally impossible. I always receive my orders at this address years after year. And they’re telling that my address is wrong. I called next day again and they told me same. Today I see that they are returning it to seller. Why??? Its 26 today. They have given false excuse, false complaint. Such nonsense nonhelpful liar customer care. Plz take action against amazon such that I can get my product.
