I have placed multiple orders and had undergone multiple harassment with your customer care team .
The complaint is about my below orders
Sub Order ID 884772469442_2 –
I asked to cancelled the order where i was promised to get refund but yet meesho delivered to some random address. Marked the status as false delivered.
I raised the complaint within 7 days as mentioned in app but meesho again rejected.
I could not raise the complaint same day as I assumed the order was already cancelled. Suddenly on 9th jan I saw the was marked delivered but it never reached me.
Meesho CC DENYING HELPING ME FURTHER.
Second order Sub Order ID 981669445555_1 —
I ordered 2N of same size but got only 1 and since i dint like the product I initiated return and refund. While raising the complaint I did mention the that I only got 1 parcel and but they refunded only for 1 product though i paid for 2.
Meesho again promised to get a call back and refund for the pending one but it never came.
Everytime i call meesho thy say i cant see any complaint raised by you. I asked them many times to share the complaint id or mail but they failed to do.
There is no chat support as well on app to proof that i did raise the issue multiples times.
I want the refund of both the undelivered product.
