False Delivery commitment and use customer money for 25-30days nothing phone 1 (order no: OD125800537749917000)

Dear Team Flipkart ,

I have purchased Nothing phone Order no OD1256021125098172000 and it has been booked 30th july2022 in flash sale . Item has been reached at my nearest hub Ahmedabad bapunagar 8th Aug.2022.
At that time I spoke to customer care and they confirmed it may be delivered on 10th Aug.2022. Suddenly the order has been cancelled after 10 days of booking because of damage in logistics.
Again I spoke to customer care to request the same because it has been cancelled by the seller then it has to be provided by the seller with the same discount as in flash sale.
Flipkart CC denied the same. I have to wait for the next sale and order only again.

Accordingly I have to wait till the next sale and I ordered (order no: OD125800537749917000) the same item again on the 22nd Aug 2022 based on availability of a particularly white nothing phone1. As per committed schedule by Flip kart it has to reach at my location 30th Aug 2022. delivery reached yesterday at my nearest hub which is 5km away from my location. I got a message out for delivery by approx 1pm on 30th Aug 2022. At 5:20pm approx the delivery person called me and confirmed the delivery yesterday. Then after he has not picked any call (10-15 calls). Same complained to Flipkart CC at 6;00 pm approx. he assured , It may come upto 7pm. Then after I got a message late at night, it will be delivered by 3rd Sept.2022. Due to Cancellation of my ordein last sale stated above. I paid Rs2200 more for the same item which was damaged in transit in the last order.

Can the Flipkart team give the answer to the following question.
If the item nearest to my hub (5km) then why 3days required to deliver?
As CC , Based on priority it may dispatch when I got a call from the Delivery person yesterday So that my item is on your priorities to dispatch otherwise why i got call for delivery.
Such a situation happened a second time , So i think that order has been diverted smartly to other customers. I suspect this time also i will get a message for delivery cancellation on 3rd Sept 2022 with any non valid reason as earlier.
Does it justify 10-8 days for delivery of a particular item from flipkart facility bangalore to Ahmedabad. then after a few days for late delivery and stories from logistics.
I think sellers may use our money for their turn over 20-25days ( as per my last credit to my card) and cancel later for any reason.
If the seller does not have sufficient items to deliver then why have booked the order and taken money from the customer.
I have ordered so many things on flipkart but i got delivery before then committed this time i face problems continuously in second time ordering .

I need favourable support for delivery of my item by today which was quit possible as described above.

Hope you can understand my pain for writing such mail.
