False damage charges levied by Zoomcar, Booking ID JPS64V927 on 19 Oct, 2018 (Brezza)
Reference to Booking ID JPS64V927 on 19 Oct, 2018 (Vehicle – Brezza).
Zoomcar have falsely charges INR. 2000 stating some damage. Whereas the vehicle was returned in as is condition (condition same during pick-up and drop-off).
Moreover no person from zoomcar handed over vehicle during pick-up, nor received the vehicle during drop-off. When the consent between two parties (Customer & Zoomcar) is judged. Zoomcar is not supposed to levies false charges to customer.
Now I looking for justice via your Consumer Forum to get Zoomcar waive off the false damage charges and refund INR. 2000 at the earliest.
Request your intervention in providing justice to customer against Zoomcar company.
