False commitments by Tata employee on internet connection

Text of Complaint by Saurabh Sharma:

I am a new TATA broadband customer. I have a compliant on one of your sales executive, Anil Dagar, 9711570332 & 9560675204. On 11th Oct, I made two payment of Rs 6549 for 6 months advance rental plan. I tried online  multiple times on phone but it was throwing error on my phone & then your said sales executive asked me to transfer amt on 9560675204 phone pe. I said I am doing paytm UPI as I had that option. That payment went nowhere as per your sales executive but it was deducted from my paytm balance. I have made another payment of 6549 to another no suggested by Anil & this payment was applied towards tata plan. First payment, I haven’t received back from your executive. I made payment in hurry thru paytm but he showed me history of no such payment. Later, after couple of days, I visited paytm office where Anil denied to come & they confirmed me that he has already received the payment. It is coming in his “paytm for business”s app not ”paytm”. He later told me story that he has loan with paytm for business for more than Rs. 40k & it was adjusted there automatically. He promised me first to give my money by 10th Nov, on 10th I followed up, then he requested for 18thNov, on condition that I wont follow up but again he defaulted. Today, I have to raise this concern as he is emphasizing on my mistake that I did paytm instead of phone pe rather feel sorry about not giving my money timely. He should not have given 9560675204 to any customer where in everyone knows that most customers do payment thru paytm. With that, when I asked for freebies like Amazon & Zee5 subscription which are available in Airtel, he said yes to me just to get the sales done, however, there is no such offer in Tata broadband. Kindly take strict action against this employee & get my money refund as it was done with intention to get Tata broadband connection from your Tata sales executive.

He has paid me back Rs 3000 only n rest Rs 3549 is pending with him.

Can I trust any Tata employee? I wonder I was but now I won’t. I also want to here apply for disconnection of Tata broadband. Relationship started with false promises and forfeiting money won’t last for much time. I want my Rs 3549 as well as my prorata advance rental amt as I will be switching to Airtel.

 

They don’t have any provision to return my money on pro rata basis by cancelling pre paid connection. They are asking for 10-15 days of time to return my money forfeited by their sales executive.
