we are vision tech optics having more than 3 decades of experience in retail optical and we really had good name for pay tm and accepting paytm at our outlet till the time we had face bad experience from your side

on 8th of july one sales person of paytm came to our shop for selling pos for credit cards name shaban with contact no +91 9920334928 and he told that if you buy this machine for 7080/- there is no rent for life time,auto settlement so no need to do settlement, commission charged is 1.5% for credit card including gst debit card above 2000 and i told him that we already have machine which they charge me 1.40% for credit card and if you make it 1.40% for credit card will buy and he also told in life if you dont want machine you return it it will be fully refunded .but this will only happ when you pay online.

    we agreed and paid 7080/- and he made it register same time in 10 min when i swiped my own card it was showing 2% plus 18% gst and it turn to me almost 2.4% which was higher than what we are actually using i immediately told him the same and he told me i have to do it from back end and will be done in 2 hours,

      next day when i called him he was avoiding to take my call so  i immediately called on call center and lodge complaint and complaint no is 17675539 on 9th  july and i am promised to solve my issue asap

   but after than i got call once on 10th and other side he told i cant hear what you are saying and he told me that he waill call back again in 2 hours but no one called ,after than i called 3 times for the same and nothing had happen so i have mailed on mentioned email add and i am being told we have charge the commission to the amount told to me so i accepted and again swiped my card but it was same so i told please take machine and give me refund and after 20 days i am being told that it was advance rental and we cant refund you

this kind of horrified service is not accepted by  pay tm hence i request you to kindly lookinto my matter and do needful
