Text of Complaint by Aman Goyal:

I ordered my number to be changed from Prepaid to Postpaid on 31st of Jul,

New postpaid Sim was to be delivered on 1st of August at my home.

i have been following up with their executive everyday since then, & every time they say         ” you will receive you sim within today ”

Today is 4th aug. i contacted them of their Twitter page, & now they are saying ” the sim cannot be delivered due to unavailability of courier service”
