Dear sir/madam
I am Sachin Deo Badkul (Reg. No. 98930 19814), your JIO Fibre customer. Your representative Mr. Hirdesh Sharma Mob. 79748 03641 following me from 30days to installed JIO Fibre in my house. He told that if I deposit Rs. 3500/- then he will completely install the system free of cost and test the range comes in all said space (20 Mtrs. diameters). He also told that He will install it in my old TV by a device of Rs. 250/- to see the TV channels. Hirdesh is very irresponsible and he didn’t pick our phone. When technician Mr. Manish Rajpoot – 79748 08724 comes to installed, then he demand for extra charges. My younger brother refuse to give extra charge then he installed it improperly and after 2 days he told that we have taken money from you and now to whom to complaint (हमने आपसे पैसा ले लिया है अब कुछ नहीं हो सकता जिससे शिकायत करना हो कर दो, ये मनीष राजपूत के शब्द थे), no one is going to do nothing. After 1week, we have complaint 2 times by reference no. SR000011PIV0 to Mr. Kaustubh on 18/07/2020, Ms. Pooja on 21/07/2020 and SR000011QNX6 to Mr. Subodeep 22/07/2020. Ms. Pooja & Subodeep promised that a technician will visit your home today at 10-12 ‘O’ Clock to solve your problem.
Your one of the technician comes and he told that this is the main problem that our marketing teams always do the false commitment and customer abuse us.
I talked two times of your manager Mr. Chaturvedi () and he told that I send someone but nobody comes here and now we are facing the problem and nobody is serious to solve our problem.
It is very shameful that JIO company recruit such type of ढोर-गंवार employee who down the reputation of any company.
I think I am very idiot who believe on this type of JIO Fibre employee to whom always say ढोर–गंवारों की कंपनी और उसमे काम करने वाले ढोर-गंवार.
