Text of Complaint by Imran haider:

  • I am using a credit card of HDFC bank. I am paying all bills on time of credit card. At the time of application of credit card, Sales Representing given the commitment first year card annual fee is free. But Suddenly after 4 months banks charged me the annual fee for card. Which not paid by me and raised the issued at customer care, Grivance, but they are not helping me. They said charges are valid. Now total charges with late fee Rs-2698. Now calling me and said if not paid the charges. You need to pay more than this. Please help.
  •  I am applied the card in Oct 2018. Application number-17101013506040N1. Now bank said card issued on different application number (18020517824340N1). Which I never applied.
  • Now bank claimed charges is correct. Please help me
